FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

IS THERE A MAXIMUM WEIGHT LIMIT?

The bungee cords can be customised to any weight. However, the harnesses only come in 2 sizes. The bigger harnesses measurements are:
Waist - 130cm
Thigh Opening - 90cm

You can come try it on, or measure youself at home and let us know. We are currently in the process of trying to source more sizes.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE LIMIT?

No, we are fully insured and trained to work with all ages. Although, currently the bungee cords minimum weight is 35kg.

CAN I COME DO A CLASS IF I HAVE AN OLD OR CURRENT INJURY?

This depends on the injury and the extent of the damage. Bungee fitness supports and takes pressure of some injuries helping you get back into the swing of things. However, we do suggest getting clearance from a medical professional prior to commencing your first class.

DO I NEED TO COME EARLY FOR MY FIRST SESSION?

Yes! As you are brand new to our facility we will have to customise the harness suited to you. This can take a bit of time so we ask that your arrive 15 minutes early to ensure there is enough time to do this and run on schedule.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING & WEAR TO CLASS?

You should always bring a towel and drink bottle to class. It is a requirement to particapte. Towels can be purchased for $15 at the office if you forget.
We suggest wearing activewear; longer shorts or full length until you get used to the harness. You also need to wear grip socks during the class.

WHY DO I NEED TO WEAR GRIP SOCKS & WHERE CAN I GET SOME?

As of November 1st we have decided that bungee classes will be better in grip socks. This ensures better traction and less damage the mats in comparison to sneakers. You can bring your own or you can purchase some in the office for $9. We have a range of colours and styles.
